Libadwaita would be easier to use if the icons in the headerbar had a backround which made them look like real buttons, like Gnome 3 had. This is because it makes the buttons pop out of the headerbar, which to me makes them quicker to find. It also lets you know exactly where the button can be clicked. I downgraded to Debian 11 because of the Gnome 3 design, and I don’t feel like I need to be as precise when aiming for icons in the headerbar as I used to with Libadwaita apps. Any of the old Adwaita themes would be a better default for these reasons. Why is Libadwaita sticking to it’s current design, or will it be changed?
