Be able to scoll through workspaces by holding the super key and scrolling with the mouse scrollwheel

Currently it seems that you can scroll through workspaces if you are in the activities viewer, but it is a bit of a pain to have to open the activities viewer every time I want to change a workspace. It would be much more efficent to be able to just hold down a key, and scroll.

Hi,

Holding the meta/super/windows key and scrolling should already be navigating to different workspaces. What distro are you running and do you have any extensions enabled, as they might affect this.

I’m on Arch Linux. I am running essentially vanilla Gnome; I have no extensions installed. The only modifications to Gnome that I have are themes.

It’s worth noting that this is a wayland-only feature.

Ah that would make sense then. I don’t have wayland enabled on my desktop.
