Upon system startup, the Activities Overview opens automatically, which is convenient for initiating work. However, when the user closes the last application window or switches to an empty workspace, the Activities Overview does not open automatically. This requires manually triggering the overview, resulting in unnecessary actions and reduced usability.
I kindly ask the GNOME developers to consider implementing automatic opening of the Activities Overview in these scenarios — when the last window is closed or when switching to a new empty workspace. This would enhance the user experience and make the environment more intuitive.
