Authentication Error after Lock

Hello guys

I need your help to understand how to fix an issue who is happening to some Ubuntu 18.04 workstation.
The problem is this:

After the Lock Screen sometimes it is impossible login, sometimes we face with the Authentication Error, sometimes the screen become blank and than reappear requesting to retype the password. Sometimes also the field of the password disappear.

There is no problem to authenticate with the Terminal so i presume that we have some issue with GNOME. Someone had this problems? For the moment we manage the error rebooting or restarting gdm, but there is a way to fix the issue definitely?

Is probably the issue bettween GNOME Session and PAM?
