Apps icons are missing on Dash and Dock

I miss quietly all my icons apps installed from Flathub.

I use Gnome-Software 47.4 on Nixos unstable.
I don’t know what more details to give…

Does the issue happen when a flathub app is installed from command line (via flatpak command) ?
