Any plugins for old photo restoration

Hi, I found this on GitHub and a couple of others.

They do not give good results. Wondering whether anyone is familiar with a good plugin that can fix old photos. I have photo scans of old photo.

I have restored 100s of old family images I’ve scanned from negatives and prints.

I know of no single filter that can “fix” all old photos. IME each image is different and each requires individual attention.

This said, I found a wealth of help on YouTube, especially Pat David!! There are also a few books that give guidance.
