Announcement: Gnome Commander migration to Rust is done

Hi all!

I am more than happy to announce that over the past months, Gnome Commander has been successfully ported from C++ to Rust by @andy128k. :partying_face::tada:

The release of this work will be available soon. Until then, we encourage everyone to test the current status of this work and report any remaining bugs through our GitLab project page in the Issues section. Details how to build the sources and report any problem can be found in the README.md or on the project homepage in the Development section. The Rust migration is available in the master branch of our Git repository.
