Add 'Resources' app to Damned Lies

Hi everyone,

Resources is now part of Damned Lies. Resources has already been translated into many languages beforehand.

I’m not planning on doing major text updates right now, though I am planning to release Resources 1.8.1 to accommodate new translations. I’m not sure when I’ll issue 1.8.1 yet, but I’ll notify you of the planned release of course in advance. :slight_smile:
