Account locked after signing up for GNOME 2FA

Hi,

I just recently tried to log in to the GitLab server after an inactive period of maybe 2 years.

After I entered my GNOME SSO username/password, I was prompted to enroll in 2FA, which I did, then my account was locked.

Specific error message:

Your account is pending approval from your GitLab administrator and hence blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error.

Can you please unlock my account so I can get back in to GitLab?
