Access Google Shared Drive files

Hello everyone, I have a problem accessing files in Google Shared Drives with Nautilus. I have recently mounted my google drive with GNOME. I can correctly access to “My Drive” and “Shared with me”, and I can correctly create and/or delete files and/or folders. However, despite I can correctly visualize the “Shared Drives” folder and all the files, I cannot create or delete files or folders, and I cannot copy files from other folders with Nautilus. In fact, if I try for example to create the folder “Test” I receive this message

It’s in italian, but it says that the creation of the directory Test cannot be done since the destination of the object does not exist. It is like it is not able to correctly read the locations. Do you have a possible solution to this?
Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Sid, thank you for your quick reply. From what I read in the thread you forwarded me to, there is no a solution at the moment. Is that correct?
Thaks for your support

That’s right.

You can update the issue with relevant information that might help fixing it.

Hi Sid, unfortunately I have another unexpected problem.
Let’s forget for the moment about using shared drives. I can visualize and use from nautilus “My drive”. I want to use it from Matlab so that I can download, analyze and save the results directly on a folder in my drive named EEG_analysis. However if I try to reach this folder from the terminal, it is named “AIale4YndlZjUk9PVA”. Indeed, all the folders names are changed when I try to reach them from the terminal. I believe this is related to the dinamical generated path with gvfs. Is there any way to have the same name I see in nautilus also in the terminal path?
Thanks
