A11y: navigate in textview using a table of contents

Hi,

I’ve some markdown-like document in a GtkTextView, and a GtkListView displaying its table of contents.

Just by curiosity, is there an a11y property or relation to allow users to navigate in the textview using the TOC?

How you even imagine the interaction to work? There’s nothing general where the user would not have to move focus to the TOC, but that’s okay in my view.
