Do we have a possibility in GIMP 2.99 to add the blurbtext as hints in the dialogue, like we had it in GIMP 2.10?

I can only get the blurb text to appear as a tool tip when the cursor is over the related widget. I have been trying to get a label to appear as part of the dialog but with only partial success. It would be useful as a hint or as a way to group a number of control widgets.
It’s probably best to open a feature request in our issue tracker to bring that fuctionality back.
