My name is Manuel Haro, I am a Computer Science Engineer with a specialty on Network and Telecommunications; I have 32 years working at University of Zacatecas in Mexico as teacher and researcher.

I was creator, founder and leader for 10 years of Open Source Lab, an amazing project to stenght the Collaborative Innovation Model to impulse the technological Innovation with 500 projects developed to companies, government and universities

Now I am working around a great academic community of 45 Universities at Mexico where we have deployed and leading 25 Open Source Innovation Lab as instance specialized on technological Innovation with FOSS technologies.
