Does this extension have any noticeable consequence on GS behavior or CPU usage ?
In GS < 42, we had a simple WS number (+ menu) because of vertical layout (that I tweaked to horizontal afaicr to display the thumbnails!).
In GS 42, we have horizontal layout so we have these very convenient thumbnails and this:

Does this change have concrete consequence?
