Windows GTK 3. Menu is displayed in a wrong monitor

I am using MSYS2 to use GTK3 and Glade on Windows. I have updated it to the latest versions.

The problem is that if I click a menu, the menu is showing on a wrong monitor. That is, I place the application window to monitor1 and press the menu, the menu items pop-up is displayed at the left-most edge of monitor2. This happens with my application as well as Glade itself (at the left pane’s bottom, there is a downward arrow. Clicking it shows a pop-up menu on a wrong monitor).

Is this a new bug?

Hi! Does it happen with a GtkMenuBar or a context menu?

Please open an issue on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/issues and describe your monitor configuration. Thanks!
