Which repo is the right place to submit ODBC VAPI PR?

Hi guys,

I’ve made the ODBC VAPI module,
now it’s time to be born, but I don’t know which repo is the right place to submit ODBC VAPI PR: Vala repository(gitlab.gnome.org) or nemequ/vala-girs (github.com) ?

Vapi’s are collected here: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/vala-extra-vapis

But I would also try to upstream it to ODBC, so the developers them selves can update it, when there are changes. Of course only when they want to have it.
