Where should I suggest changes to finished translation?

I would like to suggest a different name for the Hebrew translation of Weather, but I don’t know where to discuss it. It doesn’t seem like Damned Lies has a way to suggest changes, and the issue tracker on the Hebrew Translation Team repo seems inactive.
