It’s certainly not only tied to moderators from what I see, it’s also not tied to Foundation members. What does it mean then?
It’s something I’ve been curious about for a long time now.
If you click on the “GNOME Team” badge, it should take you to the group page. Ideally, it should be tied to the foundation membership, but I think it was never set up to be automatically synchronised to the LDAP database, so it has drifted.
