Video with bugs in GIMP 3.2

While creating the following video, I noticed some early bugs in GIMP 3.2:

1)https://youtu.be/9c-XEx8D38w?si=0VoSGTQ0N2YFNTlk&t=1061 When I add non-destructive filters to a selection, they apply correctly only to that selection (too bad the layer mask isn’t created in the FX), but if I want to zoom in and then zoom out and rotate the image, the filter moves away from the image (and if it’s applied, it’s no longer non-destructive).

2)https://youtu.be/9c-XEx8D38w?si=HE03sh3HzlH3frfL&t=1657

When I add the layer mask and start moving, zooming in and rotating the base image, the layer mask doesn’t follow the layer and moves from its base position.

  1. If I export at least a vector layer to PNG, only the fill and not the border (outline) are visible. I noticed this when creating the arrow on the cover, where I had to rasterize the arrow’s border line.

  2. I’ve also been told that the more fonts you use, the slower GIMP becomes.

Now I don’t know if these bugs have already been reported but I hope they will be fixed for version 3.4…
