Turkish Keyboard is broken

Hello, I’m running Ubuntu 25.10 with Gnome 49 wayland.

With turkish keyboard, capslock i should generate İ (Dotted I) letter but it generates I letter instead.

It only happens with intl. with dead keys. Where can I report this bug. Thank you.

There were a couple of issues related to dead keys in ibus around 1.5.32 and 1.5.33. Maybe that is related.

Nasıl bir klavye veya klavye düzeni kullanıyorsun? Dead Keys dediğine göre normal Türkçe F ya da Türkçe Q klavye olmaması lazım. Bilgisayar mı bu klavye düzeniyle geliyor?
