The Travel Committee would like to share some important points regarding travel sponsorship requests for GUADEC and LAS.
In order to process your requests in a timely matter please keep in mind the following:
GUADEC:

If you are an applicant who needs to apply for a visa, send your request by 15th March.

If you don’t need a visa, you can send your request until the 24th May.
LAS:
- You can send your requests until the 13th April.
We will get back to you after these deadlines. If there are any changes in your request, please update your issue accordingly.
You can send your request by opening an issue in Teams / TravelCommittee · GitLab and using the template.
If you have any questions, you can reach us out in community channels in Matrix or travel-committee@gnome.org which leads to our GitLab issue tracker.
