The Travel Committee would like to share some important points regarding travel sponsorship requests for GNOME.Asia 2026.
In order to process your requests in a timely matter please submit your request for sponsorship by the 27th September. We will get back to you after that date. If there are any changes in your request, please update your issue accordingly.
You can send your request by opening an issue in Teams / TravelCommittee · GitLab and using the template. Keep in mind that the Committee might have questions regarding your request which will be submitted by answering in the issue.
If you have any questions, you can reach us out in community channels in Matrix or travel-committee@gnome.org which leads to our GitLab issue tracker.
