Transparent window isn't transparent when display is changed

Hi, I’m using gtkmm4, I have a transparent window, which is not transparent when I set the app to run on my secondary monitor.
When I set DISPLAY=:0.0 the window is transparent, but when I set DISPLAY=:0.1 it isn’t.
Are there additional issues to handle in order to get the window to be transparent on the second monitor?
