The invisible keyboard shortcuts

Hello everyone

I like using gnome a lot, also I like coding, mostly in VS Code. I got pretty agile with all its shortcuts, which are quite similar to Windows ones. However I noticed that in Gnome some of them simply do not work (ctrl+shift+alt+UP/DOWN). I press these buttons - and nothing happens. I’ve scrolled throughout the setting - nothing. After a few months of frustration I decided to give it another go with dconf - and I found them. Immediately I turned them off. So I decided it would be beneficial to expose them in settings directly. And I’ve created these 3 PRs.

The third one is about gnome’s shortcuts on Super+digit. Well, it’s a neat short shortcut (tautology), and I wanted to replace it with something more useful to me (switching desktops)

I would also like the ctrl+shift+alt+UP/DOWN shortcuts to be discoverable through the settings app. It’s very confusing to not be able to find where the shortcut is being blocked, I had to find the answer on reddit, it was unclear if it was a problem with the software or if the desktop was blocking it.
