I have translated partially for epiphany and upload it to l10n.gnome.org. from there, I submitted to Main repo of epiphany . got the error message (non zero exit status )
I checked the main repo on GitLab and found that commit has already been committed . but this change did not get update on l10n.gnome.org

I don’t think so. My recommendation is for you to follow the discussion in the aforementioned Damned Lies issue.
