We can reproduce it in Fedora 44 Linux with newest updates. I tested with Libre Office Writer and Gimp.
As soon as a pull down/up menu touches the border of the display bottom/top the Menu just blinks without opening. Just moving the window a bit more down (in the case of my gif’s I made) I can open the menu point.
Would like to know if this is a known issue. And if yes what causes it.
