Stepping down as libxslt maintainer

I’m stepping down as maintainer of libxslt which means that this project is more or less unmaintained for now.

I will continue to maintain libxml2 at least until the end of 2025.

Thank you for maintaining libxslt for so long!

(I wish we had a good place to advertise projects that are unmaintained or undermaintained. We also need a new maintainer for dconf-editor.)

Maybe track the list in a gitlab project similar to Debian WNPP.

Also, any chance GitLab CE can do that automatically (project health % based on commit activity etc).

GitLab projects can have “topics” and search supports filtering on topics, so an official “topic” might be the way to go?

Great suggestion. We just need to decide on a keyword to use. orphaned? unmaintained? Then all relevant projects would appear at Making sure you're not a bot! (see Making sure you're not a bot! for instance).
