It’s feature request.
It would be very nice and much better experience to have smooth scrolling in all apps in Gnome desktop on mouse wheel (like form example in Firefox).
I don’t know if it’s possible to do it globally on all apps or only just for GTK4 / libadwaita apps but I would like to see it everywhere it’s possible.
For now I noticed that when mouse cursor i over scrollbar and we scroll by mouse wheel, there is smooth scroll animation but only when we have mouse cursor over scrollbar and scroll value is too high. I want see that kind of smooth scrolling no matter where I have mouse cursor, just when I scroll with mouse wheel, I want see smooth animation of scrolling.
