What is the difference between “extend-selection” and “move-cursor”?
I know one is implemented in 3.16 and the docs says to not use the other.
Can the latter be used for GTK < 3.16? But that handler doesn’t have a position parameter.
But I just tried using it and it didn’t give me any issues.
Basically I’m looking for to get a caret position in a form of (x,y) when the caret moves, either by typing or with the cursor keys.
Could someone please clarify those questions?
