Shortcut for screenshot of a selected area is not working

Screenshot help says Shift+PrtScr is shortcut for screenshot of a selected area.

This won’t work for me, nothing happens. PrtScr, however, works taking a screenshot of the desktop.

Any idea how to fix this or where to start digging into this?

Also in my keyboard shortcuts it set correctly still it won’t work.
My keyboard shortcut settings

My distro is Arch Linux if that matters.
