Set lang of application in windows for correct sort treeviews

I coulden’t set the app in spanish without “LANG=ES;python3 myapp.py”

I want to do it inside the app but coulden`t find a way, here they give a solution but it not works on my windows 10:

Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.

I fix seting: locale.setlocale(locale.LC_ALL, ‘’)
