Seing that libinput 1.30 now supports Lua Plugins. Can we finally bury the hatched about Touchpad Scroll Sensitivity Configuration?

Seing that Add Touchpad Scroll Sensitivity Adjustment Feature was really infected. I’m trying to talk again about if it would be technically possible for us to now add this feature to GNOME and how that may look.
