Search for follow up by due date

I have only been using Evolution for a couple of months, but I use the “Mark for Follow Up” feature a lot. I have also set up a search folder to find those emails marked for follow up. What I would like to do is be able to add a due date to the search. For example, search for all emails marked for followup and that are due today. I cannot figure out anyway to do this, however. Am I missing something or is there any way to request such a possibility could be added? Another option would be to have emails marked for follow up and are due today be marked as unread. Or maybe there are other options. I realize that I can sort emails by due date, but I would like to find a way to be reminded automatically. Thanks for any help.

this had been addressed recently. See the following bug, please:

There are no reminders of the follow-up mails with the Due date. The
most you can have the search folder, as you use it already.

Thanks for the reply. The search folder approach will be fine, that is what I was originally trying to work out. I will look forward to it being released! I appreciate your work and all those who work on this app.
