For GNOME 51, I am planning to l remove the RUIH server and the EnergyManagement services. Please speak up if you are using these features in any way.
What is an RUIH server? 
That is used distribute Links to HTML-based UPnP/DLNA remote UIs in the network, which are different from a server’s presentation page. I don’t think anyone is actually using that, and searching for this only brings up Rygel and the Cablelabs GIT which did the Rygel implementation.
