Rhythmbox not displaying album-art

Hi,

I just installed a new system (EOS) with Gnome and Rhythmbox 3.4.8. After scanning my music folder, there is no album art displayed at the top of the window although option is checked in display options. Most of my music is using cover.jpg file in each album folder. More recent albums may use ID3 tag for album art. None of them display album-art in Rhythmbox.

  • - I can see ~/.cache/rhythmbox/album-art folder is almost empty except store.tdb file (4168 b).
  • I can drag cover.jpg to the small window in Rhythmbox and then cover is displayed for the album.
  • After that, I can see a new file 000 in ~/.cache/rhythmbox/album-art folder (JPEG file) and store.tdb size is increased.

From all this, is there a way to force Rhythmbox to read my music library ? any idea what is going wrong here ?
Thanks.
