Reverting to old aisleriot klondike deck

I just upgraded to trixie and would like to know if know if there is a way to revert to the old aisleriot klondike deck

Hello pattena, Debian has a package gnome-cards-data. It adds some card styles, maybe also the one you’re looking for.

Thank you for the reply, Gabor. I installed the pkg but the faces of the cards still look the same. I have an old machine running stretch, so I uploaded screenshots from stretch and trixie. I did a succession of upgrades from bullseye to trixie, so I don’t know what it looks like on bookworm.

Sometimes when I work on a problem, my mind gets lost in details so I do a few quick solitaires to clear it, but this new deck format has me concentrating on what the cards are – not like the old deck where I could click through it without really looking or thinking.

You can go to view → card style and change them. Though it seems like the gnome design has been updated (it’s the tango nuevo deck style).

Edit: Here’s what it looks like in trixie for me:

Thanks. I reverted to bookworm pkg. and it’s the old style. I can’t pinpoint what the differences are, but the old style works better on my eyes.
