Background

The coordinator who was active not so recently, never approved croatian translations, so it is a bottleneck. Some of the previous team members tried to bring this up to no avail.

I am translating NVDA screen reader, a free and open source screen reader for Microsoft Windows to croatian, I coordinated the macedonian language for the same screen reader. @milotype can confirm, because he worked with me on croatian language when it comes to NVDA. When I become the coordinator, I want to use my translation and l10n experience to make the croatian translations for Gnome software better. I am myself blind and I also want to help with this. The first draft of my translation for Orca in croatian is on damned lies.

Before granting coordinator role requests, we usually try to comtact old team members, as Anders said. Unfortunately, that can take a while, so please don’t be discouraged.

Hi again,

I have a small question. As the Orca v511 is released, how these translations will be merged? I don’t want my work to get lost. This is before I requested the coordinator role.
