Program always starts off screen on multi-screen setup where first screen sits below primary

I have a three screen setup. The primary monitor is the largest and sits in the middle. The other screens are smaller and sit on each side to the bottom. GNOME “Image Viewer” always launches off screen and I have to use WIN+Up to grab it each time.
