Power saver issue on laptop screen and external monitor

Hello

I am using up2date Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with Lenovo Laptop and Dell TypeC connected monitor. Monitor directly connected to laptop

Once Linux boots up, the power management feature works properly and properly shuts down the screen (whether external or laptop) when the time comes. If I manually enable the screen saver, it works fine.

I sometimes use my computer for days without turning it on and off. After a while, when the power saving feature is activated, the screen turns pitch black, but it doesn’t shut off the screen’s power. This happens regardless of whether it’s my laptop screen or an external display. This problem persists even when I manually enable the screen saver.

Any suggestions for a solution?

Thanks
