New way of releasing gspell

Hi,

From now on, only a git tag is created for releasing gspell, and tarballs are no longer uploaded to download.gnome.org.

(So GitLab CI has not been set up for uploading tarballs to download.gnome.org).

Best regards,
Sébastien

I’m a little more concerned about this one. gtk-doc is obsolete, but gspell is not. It really ought to have normal releases.

If you’re sure, I will update release-monitoring.org and remove gspell from mclazy, Fedora’s GNOME package update automation. That will slow down Fedora updates, possibly considerably.

Same comment as for gtk-doc. If someone else can set up the GitLab CI, then I’m all for it.

I wound up removing gspell, gedit, and gedit-plugins from Fedora release automation. The package maintainer will have to handle them from now on.
