Find when open a File with Properties am NOT able to modify File name.
When open a File open with Rename then am can modify File name.
Is this a planned change, or a bug ?

Not being able to rename files in the properties window is by design. Renaming files in-place in the main window was replaced with a popover and for the properties window redesign the functionality to rename in-place was removed to fit with that.
