Nautilus file tags (text and colors)

Nautilus has now a “star” tag for favorites files.
It would be nice to allow personalized tags with user defined tag name (text) and color,
and to create search by tags with tag association filter : search for files with tag1 AND tag3, search for files
with tag1 OR tag2…
This need was formely expressed by Richard Bäck here File tagging in Nautilus.
