Could someone advise what the main components of suspend feature are and point to them? Power manager, gnome-control-center, gnome-shell? I mean, I use gnome shell on mobile (from here) and the problem is that in suspend I don’t e.g. receive notifications/calls. So I would like to “hack” the suspend components a little so that I could receive notifications even while sleeping. I would like to select only a part of suspend’s functions from there. In the simplest case, it would be enough for the suspend mode to just turn off the screen.
