I’m porting an application from Gtk3 to Gtk4, and I found that there seems to be no library for Appindicator/KstatusNotifier. I used libayatana-appindicator, but the port to Gtk4 (libayatana-appindicator-glib) doesn’t work on Gnome Shell because the authors completely changed the protocol, and the extension doesn’t recognize it. Is there an alternative?
