Keep a Window below the others

I just installed Gnome Sticky-Notes, and since I wanted them to be visible in any workspace, I right-clicked on the window to select “Always on visible workspace.” But the problem is that now my notes are always brought to the foreground when I switch workspaces. Is there a way to make them stay behind the others? I tried to create a script with wmctrl, but the problem is that it can’t list the note windows.

Thanks!
