The effort of updating plugins and the option of learning to create maybe can improve the ecosystem. Recently I ported a plugin from Gimp2 to 3. I’m new to Gimp development and it was an opportunity to learn more about basic concepts that I didn’t have. I’m still a beginner with it.
The plugin allows to make use of models(stable diffussion) that given a prompt can create images or modify them on GPUs donated by volunteers. It’s interesting to explore resource sharing.
