Hello. Incomplete translation of the Russian interface. How can I fix this ? What files store the translation of the interface ? And there are such problems in all distributions on Gnome, except Ubuntu.

.mo files are generated at build time, the source of the translations is the corresponding .po file.
But note that translations are not managed by individual projects (like gnome-shell), but by translation teams. In particular that means that translation merge requests are not being accepted (they interfere with the tooling used by translators, and for most languages project maintainers cannot make a judgement whether a translation is correct, consistent with the terminology used elsewhere in GNOME etc.)
