I really like how gnome doesn't waste space and is consistent

Other de’s waste a lot of space with a titlebar above the content, mostly only featuring the name of the window. Gnome does away with that and turns that into real free estate to be used for good things like buttons that’d have been placed somewhere anyways. It also does this consistently too which i like, aside from adwaita stuff and non-adwaita stuff which is mostly just a matter of look, still functions well. Everything within the gnome circle works great, is consistent and efficient. Does what’s needed and not much more, but not less than what’s needed either. No mission creep, has fairly set goals and ideas, it just works as intended and has a stable release schedule.

I just really like when it all works together seamlessly, and is visually consistent.
