every time I start GNOME, I have the same error saying:
** (gnome-session:PID): ERROR **: 22:03:46.658: Failed to exec gnome-session-init-worker: No such file or directory

It’s best to ask in your Linux distribution’s support channel first. They can likely answer what package you should (re-)install for this.
