It constantly complains about invalid password, despite the fact that, e.g. with SSO it works just about fine. It said to provide either password or password+OTP, but neither of those seems to work in my case. Sorry for asking dumb questions, but I tried everything and nothing really worked
I completely forgot about it, but recent post Foundation Members Matrix Channel — Automated Membership Sync made me remember about it. I still can’t login with the same message.
GNOME SSO works just about fine, in fact I use it to login to several services and I never had problems with it, so I assume password is OK.

Explanation of shame: i was entering my SSO OTP. Correct way to handle that is to not enter any OTP.
